These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Brown’s Gas Pro Academy (hereafter, the “Academy”) and its related training materials (collectively, the “Materials”) and related membership services in the Community Network (the “Network”) and Student Community. By accessing, using, or relying upon the Materials, you (“User”) agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Materials.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Academy” means the Brown’s Gas Pro Academy including its online facilities and services, personnel, and materials. It is a “private school” as defined in Section 1002.01(2) of the Florida Statutes; this refers to any nonpublic school, including technical, business, or trade schools, that is below the college level and is not regulated by the state. The Academy does not participate in educational scholarship programs. Unlike public schools, it is not licensed, approved, or accredited by the Florida Department of Education. The Academy is solely owned and operated by Freedom Ecosystems Inc of Pinellas County, Florida, USA.

1.2 “Authors” means the creators, publishers, distributors, authorized representatives, affiliates, and licensors of the Materials.

1.3 “Materials” means the Academy content, related training, associated documentation, the science downloads, the “Interactive Troubleshooter” when available, and all content provided therein.

1.4 “Technologies” means any devices, methods, systems, or applications described in the Materials.

1.5 “User” means any individual or legal entity that accesses, browses, registers for, enrolls in, purchases from, or otherwise uses any portion of the Academy’s website, learning management system (LMS), digital content, educational programs, courses, services, or communications, whether as a visitor, student, prospective student, instructor, affiliate, contractor, or authorized representative, and whether or not such individual or entity has created an account or paid any fees.

1.6 “Brown’s Gas” (colloquially “HHO”) as used in the Academy naming and Materials means a distinctive type of gas mix which is commonly confused with hydrogen, or a hydrogen and oxygen mix; its only definition used herein is the one by George Wiseman of Eagle-Research Inc., namely: “The sum of ALL the gases that come from the electrolysis of water in electrolyzers specifically designed to NOT separate the resulting gases”.

1.7 “Network” means the Brown’s Gas Pro Community Network (CN), which is an online platform interconnected with the Academy with the purpose of connecting Academy graduates/students with private/corporate clients (“Buyers”), mechanics, and other professionals for mutual benefit. Use of the Network constitutes acceptance of this Policy and the Terms and Conditions. The “Community Network (CN) Policy” section below provides its additional Terms and Conditions.

1. PURPOSE OF THE NETWORK

The Community Network (CN) has three core missions:

1.1 Boost Student Professionalism and Employment Rate

Student Triplets’ System (“STS”) Policy

Last update: March 30, 2026

1. PURPOSE AND STRUCTURE

1.1 PURPOSE.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The STS system is only available to trainees who are actively enrolled in the Advanced Training (PRO Course) of the Academy. It is not available to Graduates or any other User.

The Academy highly recommends students to study in the Student Triplets’ System (“STS”), a structure that employs a rotational peer-coaching framework. Modelled after advanced military, aviation, and medical training methods, its aims are:

·         to optimize training outcomes,

·         to reinforce technical proficiency with complete comprehension,

·         to build critical analysis,

·         to enhance collaborative safety,

·         additionally, participants in this structure are eligible to pay 67% less per person – see Section 3.5 “TUITION” below,

·         furthermore, the Academy can elevate a Graduate’s status by adding a note in their Certificate that he or she has been instrumental in helping two other Students graduate with complete comprehension, skills and safety level.

1.2 STRUCTURES. Two optional structures described below depend on Student preference; their choice must be decided during enrollment.

1.3 TRAINING and CORRECTION. The Academy may provide additional training or guidance to a specific Triplet, or issue guidelines to all Triplets at any time during a course.

2. THE CONVENTIONAL SYSTEM (Individual)

2.1 ENROLLMENT and STRUCTURE. In this option Students enroll and study individually. However, to gain a Course Graduation Certificate, a licensed mechanic is required to sign for the proper and safe completion of practical assignments – e.g., installation, engine turning.

2.2 SEQUENCE. An individual student pays and starts his course right away, then learns and eventually graduates as an individual.

2.3 TUITION. Such an individual shall pay full tuition for himself.

3. THE TRIPLET SYSTEM (Recommended Structure)

3.1 DEFINITION. Subject to Academy case-by-case approval, the Student Triplets’ System (“STS”) shall be implemented. The STS is defined as a triad of Students who rotate through three distinct roles in a fixed sequence.

3.2 ENROLLMENT and STRUCTURE. Students must share the same locality and group up before they enroll – the Academy’s only assistance shall be providing the Network for finding study partners as well as mechanics. The rotational structure is as follows:

·         (a) The Coach: Responsible for directing the exercise, providing instruction, and assessing performance against established criteria.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE: Depth of understanding through teaching.

·         (b) The Trainee: Responsible for executing the exercise under the direct guidance and supervision of the Coach.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE: Practical skill execution under direct supervision.

·         (c) The Observer: Responsible for monitoring the interaction between the Coach and Trainee, identifying errors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and providing post-exercise feedback to both parties.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVE: Analytical proficiency and safety awareness through detached evaluation. NOTE: The Observer does not replace any Course Admin/Moderator functions; he functions within his own Triplet – when it’s his turn to be an Observer.

·         (d) Licensed Mechanic. A mechanic who’s supervising and/or mentoring a Student or Students cannot be part of STS unless he enrolls as a Student and goes through the complete training under these Terms and Conditions; the difference is that a Licensed Mechanic wouldn’t need another mechanic to supervise his work, only submit videos of his practical assignments.

3.3 ROTATION SEQUENCE

Roles within the STS shall be rotated systematically to ensure that, over a complete cycle, each Student occupies each of the three positions – Coach, Trainee, and Observer – for an equal duration. The Academy reserves the right to determine the rotation schedule and the specific sequence of roles based on the subject matter and instructor discretion.

3.4 IDENTIFICATION

Each Triplet shall be approved by the Academy after the tuition is paid. The Leader must provide full identification and contact information of his study partners. The Academy reserves the right to interview study partners, and approve or disapprove their participation; in the case that any change or modification is required by the Academy, the Leader shall be legally responsible to implement such change or modification.

3.5 TUITION

One of the study partners (the “Leader”) pays the tuition for his Triplet – and is financially and legally responsible for all three for the duration of the course. To clarify, payments shall not be split by the Academy, and a single invoice shall be issued to the Leader.

3.6 GRADUATION and CERTIFICATION

3.6.1 GRADUATION. To graduate, each individual in a Triplet shall be responsible for his study partners to successfully completing all lessons and assignments.

3.6.2 INDIVIDUAL CERTIFICATES. Once graduating as above, each of them will be issued an official Certificate of Graduation in his or her own name. Upon request, the Academy can add a note in the Certificate that the Graduate has been instrumental in helping two other Students graduate with full knowledge, skills and safety level.
